Why we film the work

Transparency is the pitch.

Condo boards and landlords have usually been burned once already — a contractor who subcontracted the job out, disappeared mid-project, or billed by the hour with no ceiling. Putting our own team on camera is how we prove that doesn't happen here: one licensed general contractor, one crew, one standardized process, whether the job is a $185 faucet swap or a full unit conversion.

That standardization is also why the price board on our pricing page can quote flat rates instead of hourly guesses — the same steps, the same materials list, and the same crew every time means we know what a job costs before we start it.
