What areas does Pro Services Boston serve?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — we're a licensed general contractor and fully insured. Being a licensed GC lets one team scale from a small repair to a capital or reserve project.

Do you work with self-managed condo boards or only property managers?

Both. We work directly with trustees and boards on self-managed associations, and alongside property managers where one is in place.

How much does a handyman cost?

Our in-house handyman rate is $125/hour, but most common jobs are flat-rate — a faucet or disposal replacement is $185 (labor). See our full pricing.

How much do plumbing and electrical cost?

Licensed plumbing and electrical run $179/hour, with common jobs priced flat — a GFCI outlet $179, a new ceiling-fan install $449 (labor).

Are materials included in the price?

No — flat-rate prices are labor only. Materials and fixtures are billed at cost + 20%, or you can supply them.

What is the trip fee?

A flat $75 trip fee covers travel and dispatch per visit, no matter how many items we handle. It's waived for PSB Pro members.

Do you handle emergencies?

Yes. PSB Pro Complete and Landlord members get a same-day emergency response guarantee on qualifying calls.

Do you handle rental make-readys and turnovers?

In a condo, who's responsible for repairs — the owner or the association?
