Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Pro Services Boston is a licensed general contractor (HIC #166619, CSL #CS-104090) and is fully insured. Being a licensed GC lets one team scale from a small repair to a capital or reserve project.

Do you work with self-managed condo boards or only property managers?

Both. We work directly with trustees and boards on self-managed associations, and alongside property managers where one is in place. The point of contact is whoever the association designates.

What areas do you serve?
